Q. Does iDrama Cosmetics test their products on animals?
iDrama Cosmetic will always be a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. We are proud to be apart of the PETA organization.
Q. How often do you restock merchandise?
Restocks are done on a MONTHLY basis.
Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?
All sales are final and cannot be canceled. In some cases, orders are shipped before 5-7 business days.
Q. The product that I ordered is now out of stock or on backorder. What happens next?
A member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you to give you replacement options. Please note that all sales are final and there are no refunds.
Q. How can I change my address after I placed an order?
You may contact our Customer Service by selecting the “Contact Us” at the top of the page.
Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee. An invoice is sent to you via email and will have to be paid in order for your products to be shipped to the new address.
NOTE: There is a possibility that the order may get shipped in less than 24 hours.

What happens if my order is returned to the sender?
If your order is returned to the sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reshipping fee listed on our website. iDrama Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reshipping fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Q. What forms of payment can I use?
iDrama Cosmetics may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All Sales Are Final.
Q.How many items can I buy in one purchase?
There are no limitations on purchasing at this time.
Q. How long does shipping take.
Shipping takes 7-10 BUSINESS days due to COVID-19. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times)
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for damaged products only. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via our “Contact Us” page, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.
We do not accept any open products for sanitary reasons and COVID-19.
Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and no refund will be issued.
Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.
Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.
Q. Do you ship internationally?

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by iDrama Cosmetics.
In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
